Puppy University - Real Life Skills

These sessions take place in the real life environment.

Sometimes it can be difficult to apply what has been learnt in class to real life situations.

Puppy University will help you to put all of the obedience and socialisation exercises learnt at Puppy School into practice in the real world.

You will learn all the life skills exercises you need when out and about with your puppy :-

• Walk nicely on a lead
• Ignore other dogs passing by
• Leave distractions
• Come back when called
• Sit and wait at the road
• Settle whilst you stop for a chat or a coffee
• Not to jump up at passers by
• Getting in and out of a car safely

Your puppy will also learn how to play nicely and appropriately with well socialised adult dogs, come back to you when you call and begin to learn to come away from other dogs when you call.

Puppies must be under 20 weeks at the beginning of the course and must have completed or be completing the Puppy School training course.

Each session lasts for 1 hour and there are a maximum of 4 puppies.
